In this Experience, we'll directly address the common challenges faced within the Zouk community, where advanced classes and complex movements may not always lead to substantial growth. By focusing on the underlying fundamentals of physical, mental, and energetic factors, you'll develop the skills to translate what you learn in other classes into your own unique expression and fulfillment. This workshop will enable you to experience a more profound transformation in your dance journey.

[ABOUT THE ARTIST] ✨ Brigitte is an international dance artist, instructor, performer, and transformational movement guide with a wealth of experience spanning over ten countries. Her diverse background includes training at prestigious institutions such as Broadway Dance Center in New York and Faculdade Angel Vianna in Rio de Janeiro. Combining her extensive studies in contemporary dance, Brazilian social dances, somatic education, contact-improvisation, Bodywork, Yoga, Gyrokinesis, and transpersonal psychology, Brigitte has developed a unique approach to dance. Her original method, Liquid Leading, transcends traditional gender roles and encourages individuals to express their authentic selves through movement. With a passion for using dance as a tool for awareness, expression, and personal growth, Brigitte creates transformative spaces for people to explore and connect on multiple levels.
